These terms govern your use of exdivvy.com (“ExDivvy”, “we”). By using the site you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
1. What ExDivvy is
ExDivvy is an informational calendar of ex-dividend dates and related figures derived from public market data. It is provided for general information and education. It is not investment advice and we are not a registered investment adviser or broker-dealer. See the Disclaimer, which is part of these terms.
2. No reliance
Market data can be delayed, incomplete, revised, or wrong. Company announcements change. You agree not to rely on anything on the site as the basis for an investment decision without verifying it independently. Any decision you make is yours alone.
3. Accounts
You may create a free account to save watchlists across devices. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You must be at least 16 to create an account. You may delete your account at any time from the account page.
4. Acceptable use
You may use the site for your own personal, non-commercial information. You may not scrape, copy, or redistribute the site’s data or rankings in bulk; resell or republish them; interfere with the service; attempt to access other people’s accounts; or use automated tools to place unusual load on the site. We may suspend accounts that do.
5. Our content
The Divvy Score, the site’s design, text, and code are ours. Sharing a page link or a share card generated by the site on social media is welcome. Everything else requires our permission.
6. Email
With an account you receive a welcome email and a weekday digest of your watchlist. Every email includes a one-click way to turn the digest off.
7. Free service, changes, and termination
ExDivvy is currently free. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ExDivvy and the people behind it are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or for any trading or investment losses, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to one hundred US dollars.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top will change, and material changes will be emailed to account holders. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
